The Virat R. Lokmanch Council started with a belief in the year 2019 that no society can hope for sustainable development unless its people are assured of their survival, protection and participation in the development process.

The Virat R. Lokmanch Council’s work is spread across the rural regions which are counted in the most backward districts of India.
